Welcome to Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club | Aloha Tours Mexico. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. General Terms

By booking a tour or paddleboard session with Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


2. SMS/Text Messaging Program (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or chat widget, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club regarding your bookings, tour reminders, and customer support.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.

  • Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

  • Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified at booking) is required to secure your tour date.

  • Cancellations by Customer: Cancellations made more than [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, lightning, etc.). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.

4. Safety and Liability Waiver

Participation in paddleboarding and water tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge:

  • You are in good physical health and can swim.

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.

  • Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club is not responsible for any injuries, loss of personal property, or accidents that occur during the activity.

5. Use of Equipment

Customers are responsible for the equipment provided (boards, paddles, life vests). Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional repair or replacement charges.


6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Aloha Paddleboard & Surf Club and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
